The Cosight Remote Service is currently in beta testing. It is not a replacement for emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate help from licensed emergency providers.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Cosight Networks Corporation (“Cosight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and telemedicine platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Use of the Service by anyone under 13 is prohibited in compliance with COPPA.

The Cosight Service is currently offered in beta form and is under active development. It may be incomplete, interrupted, or modified at any time. Cosight does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or completeness of any Service feature during the beta period.
Additionally:
- Cosight does not provide medical advice or treatment.
- Medical advice and care are provided by independent, licensed practitioners using the platform.
- Do not rely on Cosight for emergency medical needs — always call 911 or equivalent emergency service in your jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Data Privacy and Security
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and health data. We comply with:

- That it is suitable for medical decision-making;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

- Delays in medical treatment
- Inability to access the Service
