Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Cosight Networks Corporation (“Cosight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and telemedicine platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Use of the Service by anyone under 13 is prohibited in compliance with COPPA.

Additionally:

• Cosight does not provide medical advice or treatment.
• Medical advice and care are provided by independent, licensed practitioners using the platform.
• Do not rely on Cosight for emergency medical needs — always call 911 or equivalent emergency service in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Data Privacy and Security

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and health data. We comply with:
